
DARRYL L. ENDERS has over 20 years of broad based EXPERIENCE in the computer industry, previously working with large mainframe systems and evolving with PC systems from the industry's infancy.
Below is a brief outline of his background and expertise:
Network Administration: He has been responsible for the design, implementation, update and maintenance of a large corporate LAN (local area network), WAN (wide area frame relay network), dial up VPN (virtual private network), and Raptor Eagle firewall (DNS server and Internet access). The network comprised numerous branch locations and operating system platforms including Windows NT, Windows 95/98, Unix, Data General AOS/VS and IBM AS400.
Help Desk Management: Responsibilities have included setup, troubleshooting, and administration of Windows-based PCs, Windows NT 4.0 workstations and Windows NT 4.0 servers. Servers include Exchange 5.5 email servers, Web servers (running Microsoft Internet Information Server, Active Server Pages, and Front Page), Kronos Time and Attendance servers, Flow Systems Publishing and Web Catalog servers, as well as Oracle NCA client/database servers.
Systems Analysis: Design and maintenance of in-house Cobol applications and Infos Databases for use on Data General MV Main Frame systems. Software system designs included Payroll, Sales Analysis, Order Entry and EDI.
Computer Languages: Proficient in Cobol, HTML, and Cyberscience CQCS. Familiar with Basic, Java Script, VB Script, SQL and Java.
Systems and Software: Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP, Windows server 2000 & 2003, Windows NT 4.0 server and workstation, MS DOS (all versions), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Project, Crystal Reports, Monarch, Track-It (Blue Ocean Software), Lotus (SmartSuite), Kronos ShopTrac, PhotoShop, InDesign, Oracle Applications, ACT, Quickbooks, and Top Producer.
Web Design and Implementation: Use of various HTML editors including Front Page, Hot Dog Professional, Homesite, Site Aid, NetObjects, and Dreamweaver. Education: Course of study in electrical engineering with the University of Hartford. A BA in English with a minor in Social Science from Lyndon State College in Lyndonville, Vermont. Course certificates include Oracle Applications System Administration; Cobol, Database, and Networking from Data General; and various other courses, seminars, and workshops from Kronos, IBM, Xerox, Fred Pryor, and Microsoft.
Real Estate salesperson license acquired in 2003 providing a knowledge of Real Estate office procedures, MLS functionality, and various real estate software programs.
SHIRLEY ENDERS has experience in all aspects of Office Management having worked both in corporate and municipal settings, including work flow planning, budget preparation, basic accounting, database development and maintenance and coordination of special projects. She is proficient with a variety of computer software programs including several word processing programs, Excel, Access, and more.
Her Sales and Marketing experience includes working at a mail order company that mailed over 13 million catalogs quarterly to fine-tune mailing strategies and develop plans for future campaigns with the purpose of expanding customer base and in-house files. She also has experience with two printing and design companies working directly with customers in the areas of personal sales calls and account management. She also has over a decade of full-time real estate sales experience!
Graphic Design is one of her favorite endeavors. She has experience in the design of camera-ready art for a variety of printed products. Software proficiency includes the Adobe suite of products including Pagemaker, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. She also is proficient in CorelDraw, a personal favorite. Her background in marketing and graphic design combined with Darryl's technical expertise provide the means to produce attractive, well-designed and functional websites
